Bruce's Catering

Relocating a Bruce’s Catering Company across the street into a re-proposed 1-story, 30,800 s.f± Building in Panorama City can be fun. 22,000 s.f±  was re-purposed for the catering kitchen inside while updating the entire building for accessibility, structure, and MEP issues. From the cools, freezers, bakery to the storage for costumes, supplies, all were designed around the efficient flow of all separate activities. The remaining portion of the building is used as the new corporate offices and conference center. The exterior parking was also set up for 30 catering trucks and all their utility support. This facility is also used for emergency response food catering beyond the studio work they currently do. Natural lighting, entry court yards and a new look provides a new level of care for all the employees.
